Our Ethos is relaxation and calm. We request that mobile phones are kept on silent. Additionally, we ask that all treatments and relaxation rooms are treated as ‘whisper zones’ and voices are kept to the appropriate levels.

What should I bring on a spa day?

Bring yourself, your swimwear, and whatever you need to relax, like your favourite book. We’ll provide everything else.

How should I dress for my spa day?

Please arrive at your day spa wearing your regular clothes. We will provide you with a fluffy robe to wear over your swim wear, and flip flops.

Spa Arrival

Kindly note, late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled treatment time.

Health Conditions

Please advice us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries when making your spa reservation.

Please Note

All treatments are booked subject to medical status. We reserve the right to refuse treatments if we feel it is not in your best interest.

Clients must ensure that verrucas/foot conditions are suitably covered in the interest of hygiene whilst using the facilities.

Dietary Requirements

Please let us know before your arrival if you have any special dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate.

Booking Information

Full payment is taken upon booking, via a secure payment link. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Once payment has been taken it is non-refundable. If you are using any form of a voucher towards the balance of the booking then the voucher number must be given at the time booking.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of making a booking. This will outline details of your chosen package and/or treatments along with our terms and conditions.

All bookings and treatments are non-refundable at any time. Reservations are non-transferable where notification of amendment is received with less than 72 hours notice.

Where a voucher has been used to make a booking the value of the gift voucher will be transferred to the new date of reservation.

Please note date changes may be subject to a price increase depending on the new date and time of the booking.
